This couple was downsizing from their home just down the street, to their summer lake home. They wanted to bring more life to the outdated home by opening up spaces, adding a guest bath and gaining more kitchen space. The new, large kitchen is perfect for hosting friends and family. The custom library brings a unique space to the home where the clients can enjoy quiet afternoons overlooking the lake.
